Position Overview/Job Context: BRB Hospitals Limited is in search of a dedicated Manager, Customer Care Services, to assume a key role in supervising and enhancing the hospital’s customer care experiences. The selected candidate will oversee and manage various facets of customer service, including hospital admissions, front desk operations, duty managers, IPD and OPD-related customer care services, and ensuring patient attendants’ needs are met promptly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the hospital admissions and front desk operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee duty managers’ work, ensuring adherence to protocols and efficient handling of day-to-day activities.
  • Manage and enhance floor customer care services, ensuring a positive experience for both in-patient (IPD) and out-patient (OPD) visitors.
  • Collect feedback from patients and their attendants to address concerns, suggestions, and requirements promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care experiences and satisfaction levels.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve customer care-related issues effectively.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master’s degree will be advantageous.

Skillsets:

  • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant customer service software.

Age: Preferably between 40 to 45 years.

Experiences:

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a hospital/healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record in supervising admission processes, front desk operations, and customer care services.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality.
