Position Overview/Job Context: BRB Hospitals Limited is seeking a dynamic and skilled Public Relations cum Protocol Officer to fulfill a key role as the primary coordinator for the Board of Directors (BoD) and their affairs. The selected candidate will be pivotal in meeting the BoD's requirements related to the hospital and play a crucial role in managing external relations affairs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and various departments within the hospital.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the hospital's image and visibility.
  • Coordinate protocol matters for the BoD and visiting dignitaries, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Organize and oversee PR events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials as needed.
  • Monitor and manage the hospital's presence on social media platforms.
  • Efficiently handle crisis communications and manage negative publicity situations.
  • Analyze PR outcomes and prepare detailed reports for management assessment.

Academic Qualifications:

  • MBA/Master degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Skillsets:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a knack for effective networking.
  • Proficiency in PR tools, software, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in protocol management and event coordination.
  • Proven crisis management skills and adept problem-solving abilities.

Age:

  • Preferably between 25 to 35 years.

Experiences:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Public Relations or a related field.
  • Previous experience in healthcare PR or similar industries is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in protocol management will be highly valued.

Position Overview/Job Context: BRB Hospitals Limited is in search of a dedicated Manager, Customer Care Services, to assume a key role in supervising and enhancing the hospital's customer care experiences. The selected candidate will oversee and manage various facets of customer service, including hospital admissions, front desk operations, duty managers, IPD and OPD-related customer care services, and ensuring patient attendants' needs are met promptly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the hospital admissions and front desk operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery.
  • Oversee duty managers' work, ensuring adherence to protocols and efficient handling of day-to-day activities.
  • Manage and enhance floor customer care services, ensuring a positive experience for both in-patient (IPD) and out-patient (OPD) visitors.
  • Collect feedback from patients and their attendants to address concerns, suggestions, and requirements promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care experiences and satisfaction levels.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently met throughout the hospital.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning protocols and schedules to maintain a hygienic environment in patient rooms, common areas, and other hospital facilities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient waste management and disposal practices.
